How it works

1. Send photos. Email the leak, the damage and the address to helpdesk@fillthegaps.net. Include the property address, your name, phone and email, and any site or inspection reports you have.
2. We inspect and scope. We find the entry point and give you a written quote with options, from a targeted repair to full re-membrane if it’s really needed.
3. We seal it. We prepare the surface, apply the right system and leave it clean and ready to use.

Frequently asked questions

Do you have to rip up the tiles?

Not always. Where the tiles are sound we look at sealing and overlay options first. We only recommend removal if it’s really needed.

Can you waterproof an outdoor balcony that gets full sun?

Yes. We use UV-stable overlays made for exposed areas.

What should I do until you get there?

Keep water off the area where you can, clear gutters and drains, and send us photos of any damage spreading.
