How it works

1. Send the work order. Email helpdesk@fillthegaps.net with the address, tenant contact and photos. Include the property address, your name, phone and email, and any site or inspection reports you have.
2. We quote and book. You get a written quote for owner approval, then we arrange access with the tenant.
3. We fix and report. We complete the job and send before and after photos with the invoice.

Can you contact the tenant directly for access?

Yes. Include the tenant’s details on the work order and we’ll arrange a time.

Do you provide photos for the owner?

Yes. Every job comes with before and after photos.

Do you cover both Queensland and Victoria?
