Stained, dusty or worn concrete floor in a garage, home or office? Fill the Gaps Project prepares the slab properly and applies an epoxy floor coating, including metallic finishes, so the floor is sealed and easy to keep clean.

What we do

  • Concrete grinding and surface preparation, with dust suppression
  • Acid etch for adhesion where the job needs it
  • Primers and two-part epoxy coatings
  • Metallic epoxy finishes in high gloss
  • Low-VOC epoxy for occupied offices, with quick dry times
  • Overnight work so businesses keep running
  • Floor and concrete sealers

How it works

  1. Send photos. Send photos of the floor, the approximate area and the address.
  2. We quote. You get a written quote covering preparation, coating system and finish.
  3. We coat. We prepare, coat and cure, then send completion photos.

Who it’s for

Homeowners, businesses and offices, property managers, strata and body corporates.

Frequently asked questions

How long does an epoxy floor take?

A recent residential metallic epoxy floor took 3 days in total, including grinding, priming, coating and curing.

Can you do it without shutting our office?

Yes. We’ve coated a Melbourne CBD office overnight, in two sections, so staff could keep working.

What happens to the dust from grinding?

We use dust suppression equipment and remove the dust before coating starts.
